Grievance Redressal

In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, the following officer is responsible for receiving and resolving complaints about this platform:

• A problem with a registration, hall ticket, result or certificate
• A payment issue — a failed payment, a duplicate charge, or a refund request
• A request about personal data: access, correction, deletion, or withdrawing consent
• A concern about a child's data on this platform
• Content on the site you believe is inaccurate, unlawful or infringing
• A suspected security vulnerability

• The student's name and Registration ID
• The school name and competition year
• What happened, and what you would like done
• Any payment reference, screenshot or document that helps
• Your relationship to the student, if you are a parent or guardian

• We acknowledge your complaint and give it a reference.
• We may ask you to verify your identity — particularly for requests about a child's data, so that we do not disclose it to the wrong person.
• We investigate and tell you the outcome.
