Terms & Conditions

These terms are between you and APEX NATIONAL SPELL BEE ("we", "us"), a Micro Enterprise registered under the MSME Udyam scheme with Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-TS-20-0132994, whose registered office is at Flat/Door/Block No. 22-101/1, 3rd Floor, RK Nagar, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500047. By using this website, registering a student, or signing in to the student portal, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

• The competition is for school students in grades 1 to 10.
• Because participants are minors, a registration must be made or authorised by a parent or legal guardian, or by an authorised representative of the student's school.
• By registering a student you confirm that you are their parent or guardian, or that you are authorised by the school and hold the necessary parental consent.
• The details you provide must be true, complete and current. We may cancel a registration obtained with false information, without refund.

• Each registered student is issued a Registration ID which serves as their portal username, along with a password.
• Credentials are personal to that student. Do not share them. You are responsible for activity under an account you control.
• A parent, guardian or school coordinator supervising a young student should keep the credentials safe on their behalf.
• Tell us immediately at the address below if you believe an account has been accessed by someone else.

• The registration fee for each stage is shown before you pay, and is charged in Indian Rupees.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card or bank details are entered on their checkout and are never received or stored by us.
• A registration is confirmed only once payment is verified. If verification fails, the registration is not created.
• Fees are non-refundable — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Rounds progress School → State → National. Advancing to the next stage depends on the qualification criteria published for that year.
• Examination dates, timings and venues are communicated by us and shown on the hall ticket. They may change; we will tell you if they do.
• A hall ticket must be produced at the examination where we ask for it, along with a school ID.
• Results, ranks and awards are decided by the organisers, whose decision is final. See the Disclaimer.
• We may disqualify a participant for malpractice, impersonation or misuse of the platform, without refund.

You agree not to:

• Copy, record, redistribute or publish the question bank, word lists or practice content
• Attempt to access another student's account, records, hall ticket or certificate
• Probe, scan, overload or attempt to bypass the platform's security or rate limits
• Use automated tools to extract data from the site
• Upload anything unlawful, harmful or infringing through any form or upload feature
• Misrepresent a certificate, result or affiliation with us

Where a school registers students in bulk, the school confirms that it has the authority and the parental consent needed to share those students' details with us, and that the details are accurate. The school remains responsible for how it collects and handles that information at its end.

We handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. It explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to access, correct or delete it.

The Apex National Spell Bee name, logo, site content, question bank and competition materials belong to the organisation or its licensors. You may use them only to take part in the competition. All other use requires written permission.

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the platform, and we may update these terms. Material changes take effect from the version date shown at the top of this page; continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under consumer law to bring proceedings where you live.
