Refund & Cancellation Policy

The fee covers the cost of organising the round — question papers, examination arrangements, hall tickets, evaluation and certificates — which is committed once a student is enrolled, whether or not the student attends.

• A registration cannot be cancelled for a refund once payment is complete.
• A student who does not attend the examination is not eligible for a refund or a transfer to a later round.
• If you registered the wrong student or made an error in the details, contact us — we will correct the details where we can, but the fee stays with the registration.

• Rescheduled round — your registration carries over to the new date. No refund arises.
• Round cancelled entirely by us and not rescheduled — we will refund the fee for that round to the original payment method.

• Money debited but no registration confirmed — a payment that does not result in a confirmed registration is refunded. Write to us with the payment reference and we will trace it.
• Paid twice for the same student — the duplicate payment is refunded.
• Payment failed at the bank — no amount reaches us. Banks usually release such holds within 5–7 working days; if it does not, raise it with your bank or card issuer, and contact us with the reference.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only. We do not refund to a different account, in cash, or as credit.
